weigh in #5 august 12 2009!

SOOOOO i lost 4 pounds this week i weighted 210 pounds!! yey! so im very happy! lets see what happens next week! oh and i dont know if you guys noticed that i didnt showed my lower lip its because i bite my lip and like i because my lips where very dry i like took off 1/6 of my lip and it was bleeding like crazy and then i ate pork and it made it worst i dont know why but when i cut my self and eat pork my cuts get infected very weird... so my lip got infected like bad! so i didnt want you guys looking at my ugly lip! lol but it looks very then before way better not infected anymore! but anyways TMI! lol
