4:52 was a really nice move by Hart. Most of the time when someone jumps off the turnbuckle and gets a boot to the face they don't even attempt a move but Hart actually put his elbow out

Yes, it was kayfabe, which was implied with the term 'angle'. Rarely does anyone actually have anything in pro wrestling, save for a really crappy upbringing, but I'm editorializing on that last point.
