all of you guys that are saying oh ive been doing pk for 2 months now and i can do any vault and a perfect roll, trust me, you have ALOT to work on it takes years and years not months, ive been doing it for 2 years and got injured a few times badly because i was exactly like you, thinking i could do anything,im fifteen btw

ive been doing parkour for abouot two months and i can kong vault, double kong ,dash vault, thief vault, turn vault, speed vault and lazy vault.....once you overcome the fear of parkour you can do anything

i'm a beginner. i lear fast! ;)

i startet out with a regular vault. this one's the easiest. you just put your arms on something and jump over it.

after that i learnt the lazy vault, the monkey vault, speed vault, turn vault, etc. and now i only need to learn the dash and kong vaults and i'm done with the basics :)
