Hey guys, this is my very first online battle. I play as Great Britain, and my opponant Drifta, a fellow australian, played as the Turks. A very fun battle, but the amoutn of artillery he brought on the field was annoying.

the prince of macedon is actually amazing in his videos. he shows you very good and great working tactics with very informative comentary. and honestly if you think he sounds like a 13 year old girl than i don't think you've heard very many young females... he sounds more like 16 or 17 maybe....

@PaceyMUFC Not everyone puts their soldiers into double lines because they're easily broken by melee charges.

1. personally I don't use general bodyguards as factions other than Mahartas, but they can help stop your troops from routing

2.the longer the line the more shots you can get off and the harder it is for your enemy to flank you

3. nothing happens, although I have tested this on on-line battles it counts as a win if your opponent Alt f4's, personaly I think it should have been made a hot-key to prevent people quitting.

It's a choice it can become a stretiegic advantage in a cavalry Attack charging the General in later stops your units routing easier.

#2. You can have just as much firepower if you put your 2 thick lines on a hill :) they'll fire above their heads.

#3. Nothing thats the shit thing, the Creative assembly have ruined the game Austria is only allowed 1 Falchum Jeager unit the contents shit and everything gets restricted.

So like the UK have the best lights but there restricted to 2.

Hi PoM or anybody reading this I have a few questions related to ETW,

1. Why do players use the generals bodyguard unit when you can use a regular cav unit because it would be more cost efficient?

2. Why dont some players stretch their infantry out into 2 lines so all of there infantry can fire therefore increasing your army's firepower instead of putting them into 4-5 lines thick lines?

3. What would happen if a player did not obey the rules of a game?
