  • You are very welcome! I'm not sure people know to search for setting healthy boundaries. People know that something doesn't feel right in a relationship, but I'm not sure individuals would know to look up information on how to set a boundary in a relationship. The fact that you did tells me you are perceptive, and know what you need to do in this relationship you are dealing with. I'm glad you found the help you needed in this video.

  • Am surprised there are no comments on this video. I found it extremely helpful, and made notes of the key points. Interesting. Am facing a platonic relationship that has given me much joy, but has often left me fuzzy headed and fatigued (too much so to reach out to other relationships or interests), has pushed for much time and energy, does not recognize (or ask about) most any of this 'self' outside of the relationship. So much of value can disappear when boundaries aren't set. Thank you
