This is a roll of Super 8 Ektachrome 100D I shot which was accidentally "pushed" one stop in the lab. The results were an overwhelming amount of overexposure and blooming. I corrected in post as best I could and thought I'd post it anyway.

It wasn't a total loss, since what I really was testing was to see if shooting this camera with the lens in the wide angle position would prevent "vignetting" caused whenever I would zoom in (due to the modified gate).

Camera used was a Yashica Super Electro 800.

  • Thanks. I can see this effect being used as someone's memories, or some kind of "intense" flashback or similar sequence.

  • you did a really nice telecine job; may i ask how you did it? what camera did you use to capture it? i'd love to know!

  • Really beautiful colors there on the flowers... the telecine wasn't bad at all either. Great work! :))
