@Pokpal178 After a bit of research I got actual names. zunzunmatsuo has the opening, zzpsddi Has it on hardware along with a shot of the box (webcam quality), lolz146 has some music, AFX6502 has a nice selection of scenes.

@doomtrigger He was referring to the PLAYSTATION release not the Sega/Mega CD release. The Playstation version, as well as the Saturn and PC-E versions, were only released in Japan....
