"Make mention that his name is exalted" (Isaiah 12:4). Amen

Noticed in Matthew 28:19 & Luke 24:47
the name is singular.
The Apostles followed the Lord commandmentsand baptized in the Name of Jesus Christ for remission of sins.

Praise the Lord! After I was baptized in Jesus name and filled with the Holy Ghost - shortly afterwards I felt the need to throw away all my hard rock music CD's and get rid of any porn I may have had stashed away. No-one told me a thing or even knew, its just evidence a more Godly conscience is received after you are born again following the Acts 2:38 command. It will break any addiction out there. Millions are slaves to whatever, a true born again experience will make them free.

@yuhatingnow Jesus prayed to the father who is not a person, man or thing. God is a omnipresent Holy Spirit - in fact God is a Spirit. What you fail to miss in Christ was his earthly ministry had a dual nature of Humanity and Divinity - he was God in flesh. He was both God and man at the same time for the example to all mankind. Essentially God requires that all mankind conduct their temporary human existence n life with the Spirit of God dwelling in them. The Apostles did this example.
