It almost doesn't sound like a Welsh accent at first. But then he gets worked up and laughing, the Welsh comes out, lol. I love it! I only know the difference between a British and Welsh accent because of Torchwood. Thanks, Torchwood!

Welsh accent! Yes! It would've been interesting to see what the Americans thought of his accent if his character was Welsh on the mentalist. But then they would've probably made Rigsby even more twp than he is now. I jest. :P

He has a posh accent lol, I am always told I have a very posh english accent compared to all my friends and family who have proper londoners accents, even though I dont live near London :) LOVE HIM!

I love his accent haha x its stange and cool how he can change from the Welsh accent to American. I personally would love it if he could be Welsh on The Mentalist but it doesnt matter because its still the best show on TV :)
