I feel your pain literally!!!! I have the exact same thing I am 21 weeks pregnant and have had that nipple pain in both of my pregnancies and guess what it has a name!!! Nipple Vasospasm google it it will make you feel better to read about the triggers and how to treat it throughout the rest of the pregnancy and after the birth. I have also had the condition confirmed by a breast specialist. Its agonising I know. Keep the heat up i.e heat packs, baths, showers etc KEEP THOSE PUPPIES WARM.

my boobs got extremely sore and huge during my 1st pregnancy (the 1 i miscarried)>>It was SO annoying!! lol,,ull be ok =)

Kristy, are you sleeping with a bra on, they say sports bras are the best at night. I know that for me my breasts don't hurt as bad if the weight of them isn't pressing on my nipples. So the constant support of the bra helps them from hurting sooo badly. I'm so glad that my breasts have stopped being so tender as i come up on my 2ns trimester. Good Luck!!

my breast got huge in my last pregnancy ... i went from wearing a 32 B to a 40 D and my breast nver went back to my normal size i am now a 36 D and I Hate my BIG boobs!!!! i want mt size B back!!! i hope you feel better!!!
