Its a real shame Mashrafe Mortaza suffered from so many injuries he was a really good fast bowler until he suffered from these knee injuries. His pace has really slowed down since his return. I really hope he becomes the bowler he once was. His pace and swing was genuinely effective during the first 5/6 years of his international career.

He had 7 surgeries on both of his knees and he is making his 8th come back atm. Takes a lot of courage to come back up over and over again.
He still bowls faster than many indians

@imthemess Who told they dont collect players except from dhaka ? ur wrong mate but board collects players from everywhere but yes there was a time...it was b4 bangladeshes test status!if u luk at ban team u will see no.1 allrounder in the world shakib is not from dhaka ! from dhaka is only mahmudullah,ashraful n i dont see any1 really ! and Mashrafe is not from dhaka and now he is injured but inshallah he will b back in the Asia Cup !

@imthemess Yes..He is the bowler who kicked out India from first round of 2007 world cup. In fact he was Man of the match. And the people who read the newspaper next day or watch the match knows he was bowling at 143km/hr on that day... Some people just willingly forget the fact because it gives them nightmares!!
