Thats call Takoyaki, its a japan food and it is made of flour and some other stuff but main thing is they use the Octopus leg, the long stuff and cut it into around 2cm and put it into the cooker and roll it over. well u can search it in youtube.
just type in Takoyaki recipe. Thats all.
Its really tasty.
Btw, im an asian from singapore and chinese dont cook it in soup and noodles. It will be soggy and disgusting -_-ll

Octopus ball is very crunchy. It does not have a lot of taste, but the texture is good. Eat it with tasty sauce, or some chilly paste, yummy. The sauce is very important. Some Chinese cook it with noodle and soup. I am hungry now. Very crunchy.
