that makes no sense denis if 1/4 of the foundation was gone and the building was "tetering" then it would have fallen over, not fallen down on itself!!! also there were explosions watch the interview with Barry Jennings he was there in that building for hours before it fell he worked there for years and years he knows what he is talking about.
