while I agree that interupting the meeting may have warranted the student to be asked to leave, the cops had NO justification to taser him.Search youtube for keywords "rosewell snyder council" to see a horrendous abuse by a police officer escorting a councilman from a town hall meeting and then beating him in the hallway when he thought the cameras were off

He was staging a protest, or creating a petition. He was ranting and jabbering at a question and answer forum about why he succeded the election and wanting to know about the skull and bones. He has about as much right to do what he did as i would to walk into a pre-school and start yelling "FUCK! FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK! FUCK!"

Yeah? Look up the meaning of the agency in Soviet Russia called the KGB. Komitet Gosudarstvennoy Bezopasnosti, translates as Committee for State Security. Sound familiar in the USA? No? Let me spell it out for you. Department of Homeland Security. Same function, nearly the same title, and they have jurisdiction and heavy influence upon the LEO community. Was the man being an idiot? Well of course he was. A, he was asking an unplanned uncanned question of John Kerry, knowing the likelyhood of an answer was a number less than zero. Two, he resisted the paid thugs, and THAT, my friends, is a capital offense in "the land of the free". The only thing free left in America is the amount of bullshit. Cops were totally out of line, so was the kid. But the cops are never responsible for their actions.

How does one resist arrest when no crime has been commited? The police cannot simply run around arresting people for being obnoxious or for questioning a public official, even at a public forum.

The idiot should've been tased. ALONG with ANY HIPPIE who thinks they have the "RIGHT" to dominate a PUBLIC DISCUSSION to the point they interfere with OTHERS free speech. THE STUDENT had NO RIGHT, to rant on for minutes and not ask a question. AND when ASKED to ASK a question or LEAVE, he refused. SO he was ASKED to leave. AND got arrested. GOT what he deserved.
