Its not scary but rather insulting. You believe that your fellow man who has harmed you in no way other than be different from you deserve a punishment so harsh. If there is a hell the only people deserved of it are you and those like you. Those who wish harm on others rather than following your own teachings "turn the other cheek"

@MyHeadisupMyBackside i don't know what you've been taught but you apparently don't know the bible to say something as absurd as this. Protestant preaches some of the things catholic churches do.. minus the part about praying to marry (hey the bible says not to pray to anyone else but GOD.). We christians tend to leave the RELIGION out, and keep God IN our hearts because thats all God wants! We minus all the man made things that have been put into Catholicism and rely soly on the word of God.
