Okay, so you're a fucking idiot. Do you even know what the bill does? It makes it so people have to pay for copyrights from companies that don't even exist and who won't even be very reliable once they are created. You say that this will seperate those who are serious about art and those who aren't. Well the fact that people will have to pay handsomely for copyright will make it practically impossible to make a living off of art. Artists won't work, which will damage the economy largely.

This is a good example of some one who likes to hear the sound of his own voice. You have not idea what the Orphan Works Act is about. Do your research and then formulate an accurate argument. The Orphan Works Act is the equivalent to any random person working 40 hours a day just to have some rich CEO walk by and take your pay check every week. Try harder next time.

the big problem with it is that now we are protected, so all the art is out there being displayed, and copied by others, so it's orphaned.
