Peavey Valveking with Vintage 30

Valveking VK112, same settings with Peavey speakers and with Harley Benton 2x12 Vintage 30 cab. Played at low volume.
Sorry : mistake at 1:11, it's valveking's speaker...
and at 3:26 it clean channel + bright

@TheRicci1970 If you don't hear the difference on this poor sounding video, don't change you speaker, lol. I use 16 ohms for V30 on my VK.

When you play the clean parts the V30 cab really shows how good it sounds compared to the VK imo, the distortionstuff is too much based on opinions about eq settings imo.

the added definition and precision of V30 is there for distortion too. And V30 has a particular aggressive gritty sound with distortion.

It's a cool comparison, but I kinda think mic positioning kinda played a little into this, but you're only confirming that I need to get a few of the V30s myself either way, although the peavey speakers sounded pretty good to.
