  • I heard people complain about the screen being "milky" any problems with that and what do they mean?

  • @bcbird

Mine is not (as you can see). You'll have to ask them. Maybe they have the glossy vers.

  • I know this is off subject, but is that an HTC hd2 in the background?

  • @ZombiePirate2

Yup. Not a phone I would encourage any of my friends to buy FYI. Has since been stolen and will be choosing something else as a replacement. Any ideas?

  • @MajNooNCy Well I can't guarentee you will feel the same way, but I love my HTC incredible. I think is a US verizon only, but it is very similar to the HTC desire, which I think is available in Europe.

Its a bit smaller than the HD2 and runs android instead of windows mobile. Other than that the "guts" are very similar.

If you don't mind me asking, what didn't you like about the HD2?

  • @ZombiePirate2

Windows Mobile 6.5 is a terrible platform. It hangs constantly, very unreliable, terrible apps ... not a very good experience :) Nothing wrong with the hardware itself.

Am in the U.S. now (for another month) but Verizon runs on CDMA so won't work in Europe. Can pick phones from T-Mobile and AT&T to take back. Will take a look. Thx for the input!

  • the port in the corner is a i.LINK port (IEEE 1394 4-pin (S400)) which you can use to connect an i.LINK device, such as a digital video camcorder.

  • @fgypsy45 I have 2 slots and mines plays also bluray ;D

  • mine plays blu ray lmao

  • mine is e series and i have 4 usb slots lmao

  • @MajNooNCy hiii, im thinking of buying this and i was wondering if youve had any problems with it since you bought it, or any advice. Also you say you got rid of all the sony software that came on it, dont you need some of it like the drivers for the special buttons etc? or can you just re download the ones you want.

    Thanks

  • Will you recommend this now after a year in use? Does this has a built in micro-phone?

  • @2:42 The "S 400" is an IEEE 1394 interface that sony branded as "i.link" although invented and more commonly refered to by Apple's name of "Firewire 400". It's used occasionally for storage and more commonly for video capture and high-end external audio interfaces as it streams data with less latency and more consistency than USB (although it only provides 400Mbit/sec compared to USB 2.0's 480Mbit/sec). It's pretty common on most high-end notebooks and PCs.

  • y u sleep with it on

  • If Ur thinking whether the f series can handle 1080 p it easily can.
