Im stunned! This woman sounds exactly word for word like my xhusband. We have joint custody and joint gaurdianship but whatever he says is the law, including holding them in the house against our court order, i am terrified of the emotional implications on my kids!

@tulitayjay Make sure you file a police report when he withholds the children. The police won't come to the house, but they will make a report over the phone. Then you have something that you might need later on to file contempt.

I'm so lost. Is the uncle paying for the protective gear? Why is the uncle involved? Why wouldn't the little boy want to go to a boy scout meeting? Isn't that what little boys do??? Is there a court order saying she should get the other half of the refund? Why is she getting half of his refund, where's hers? I am SO glad I am not married.  Never will be divorced!

@psychwardmovies In mom's view anybody was better than dad so the uncle is involved because the mother is telling everyone how horrible the father is, so the uncle stepped up to play the father role. The child at one time wanted to go to boy scouts but the mom was in the process of poisoning all the activities that he had done with his father, so he no longer wanted to go. There was no CO about the tax refund. It was used to pay off joint debt, including Dress Barn.

This was entirely too long. He didn't need to continuously defend himself. All he needed to say, just once, was, "I'm picking him up Friday night. End of story. If you continue to interfere with the visitation order I will log it and take you to court and you will eventually lose custody. I'm the boy's father and you will not force me out of his life. I'm leaving now. See you Friday night. Goodbye.

I'm positive you recorded a conversation between my husband and his ex girlfriend with whom he shares a child! She says that crap all the time and tries to make what SHE wants out to be "the best interest of the child" when in reality it's just what SHE wants. Thank God courts are taking PAS more seriously and she's been losing ground on that front. We just made huge strides in court and we're headed for more :)
