Yeah, all that plus she wants to be with her family and make a fresh start with Jimmy and her new baby and Joey. Also, she's given up a lot and lost a lot because of the job. Completely understandable.

I love Carlos though when he thought she wasnt inviting him to the wedding.

When you work a job for as many years as she did, You can't argue with that decision after surviving such a wild shoot out in a Hospital of all places. It would definately make you want to make a career change!
