They've gotten a new vocalist since then, called Rain Irving - You might remember him from Altura back in '96, if you were at all into that progressive kind of metal. He's doing a fantastic job.
One of the reasons the became the lead vocal is because Tom Phillips didn't appreciate his own voice enough. Personally I think theres more to it than this video shows. The quality sucks donkeyballs, so you can't really judge it all too much.
