thank you ... nowadays art is some kind of person-cult ... if you have a name, everything you do, is "art"... so even if you spit on paper, it is art ... that is not my opinion ... Thanks for your clear words ... Art should be expression, but skillful and talented - as a service, not as a circus of money and its rules :-)

Craft versus art. This is going to be good.
Painting died in 1917, what we see after this is the death rattle, people like you and I are gas escaping from a corpse, you are a more refined gas than I however. I cannot earn my bread from my painting, I have to peddle irony and humour for research grants and short term teaching jobs.
How are we going to survive?
