no, according to wikipedia, it is simply a bunch of random letters put together to form "SOS", and i was put in morse code the way it was so it could be tapped or punched out in a simple and quick way

i don't know if its sarcasm or something but in case it isn't, the ¿¿¿ are common in spanish keyboards because questions in spanish are stated like this: ¿Como estas? - How are you?
also we got this ¡! :) because of same reason, stuff that show wonder or exclamation start with a upturned symbol

...no sarcasm intended, just wanted to know how you did it...and it makes perfect sense, its like underlining the punctuation and putting it in bold type to make it bigger.....thanks for the explanation :-)
