If someone is texting and approaching the intersection to cross without looking while the driver is obeying the rules and turn safely and legally and both of them get into an accident, whose fault is it?

@FRFM00 You would get arrested and possibly charged with assault if the person that you smacked wanted to press charges. It is not illegal to film people on public areas in California.

Laws laws laws we need more laws. Screw police preventing crime or going after violent criminals. Police need to be out there handing out tickets to idiots walking while texting.

I've done that, texting while walking. I try not to, though, as it can be dangerous. Good video.
