@SpaceCaptalist and The archfeinds came right after a save point. If you just ran blindly into the battle (like me) and got killed you would probs go back and use that save point to your advantage.

@megamanNG; yeah it was annoying in Iv cos the attack node could deal INSANE damage, and this was right after a fight with all four elemental archfeinds.

the cpu is easy,i dunno why you had a hard time with it,perhaps the most annoying part is when you kill the defense node,since the attack node will attack you and you cant kill it and the CPU have a pretty good amount of HP.....this is fight is long,but easy...

This boss was such an annoyance back in FFIV because I think if you take out one of the nodes, you're screwed.
