Jesus, never was against the death penalty. The God of the old testament was Jesus before he came to earth and was born of the virgin Mary. He said the state had the duty to bear the sword. Anyone who believes that Jesus is against the death penalty, doesn't know their bible very well!

so u are saying that murderer isn't a person (not existed), the deicsion to put his to death was not by an individual but by everyone in the state? doesnt that make everyone a murderer? the state agree to kill an individual because he committed a *serious* crime...if u were a christian or whatever belief is it ur decision to make to take someones life did u create that life? even if dealth penalty makes people happy that doesnt make us a better human being

I'm definitely pro-death penalty. Some criminals are so sociopathic or convinced that God is on their side when they kill, they must be killed too. However, abortion is another way to prevent crime. Many who have them wouldn't have raised their kids right anyway.
