AFP Editor Mark Anderson visits the Georgia Guidestones, the mysterious arrangement of huge, engraved granite tablets in Elbert County, Georgia -- known as the "10 Commandments" of globalism. They call for a drastic reduction in human population, among other nebulous statements. Anderson reveals a possible source of the stone's strange statements.

  • @freetheworld2314 I apologize for being a bit overzealous with the "people having tons of kids" part, what I mean is some people's religious beliefs, underdeveloped countries not having the available resources to deal with the issue, and some just plain irresponsible people add more to the population than what is ideal.

  • @freetheworld2314 I don't believe there is any way to force-ably reduce the population, people love freedom and would fight any government that tries, and I greatly admire that. The only way would be if people voluntarily decided to have less children (for example have 1 - 2 kids, then adopt more if you want a large family).

  • @LabyrinthLudo what do you mean? its not like one family is pumping out fifty kids and thats how it is everywhere. I think its all a bunch of bulshit and secondly how are they gonna reduse world population at all? either by genocide or inforcing a dictatorship type law like china one kid per family makes me sick

  • @freetheworld2314 I'm also not saying I agree with it (especially the 500000 population, I'm sure the planet can support way more than that). What I don't understand is why people think that having tons of kids and adding to the world's overpopulation problem is a good thing, and why an eccentric millionaire's random idea's posted on a stone slab in a field in the middle of nowhere is so threatening.

  • @freetheworld2314 No one should have the right to dictate to us what the population should be. And yes you should be allowed to have as many kids as you want. Why do you assume this monument is some kind of dictator trying to tell you what you are ALLOWED to do. As far as I can see it's a set of possibly good ideas to help better the world, suggestions on what we SHOULD decide to do as individuals.

  • @LabyrinthLudo doesnt matter! why should anybody have the right to dictate to us what the population should be? fuck that I can have any amount of kids I want its our god given right to bring life into the world

  • Why does if have to mean genocide? Could it just mean to cut back on kids til we have a more stable population?

  • I liveJust down the Road from them after they were put up I had No idea what they were communicating I do Now
