With diminishing resources and shrinking workforces, public agencies must now turn the focus on building a generation of talented, prepared leaders within the organization. Sponsored by the City Managers Associations of Santa Clara and San Mateo counties, the Management Talent Exchange Program (MTEP) provides a creative opportunity for public agencies to do something now to address this challenge.
