yeah, yeah,... you think cebu is number one right ok but remember this everitime cebu make an interaction or ticket you needs to think before to doit because youre like robots and you dont think about the cust..you are only thinking in the 100 and all that stuff and thats why in guatemala resolved all the stupid things you do with the cust account so you are the number one on that to..

oh yeah really? haha! you tell the corporate office about that.. because as far as i know, once a rep from cebu creates a ticket, the notes are complete.. haha! the reps from guatemala sucks!! thats why tracfone cebu has 6 floors now.. because we rock! :))

pppppprrrrrrppphhhh...best callcenter is guatemala. colombia (baranquila's one, bogota's ppl sux like cebu's) and miami...and some of special reps like toss and portability....when always open belize, guyaba or cebu case is always a mess...you guys better do a elearning of how to enter correctly notes on an interaction/ticket.....greetings from miami warehouse reps... guatemala and baq rockz...
