58 cycles or revolutions per second is 3480 RPM, pretty good for such a heath robinson arrangement :-)

An interesting aspect of that motor is its ability to produce a very high speed yet random activity. One could try getting that to activate a bifilar coil magnetic field collapse and charge a battery with radiant energy... in a random order. That's be interesting.
