We all have our opinions. They are some Hmong teens that do drugs, drinks, and get into fights. And they're some that care, do good in school, and show love. But overall, there's alot of negitivity in the Hmong community. Alot of them ARE cocky. They join gangs. And do stupid stuff. Hmong be fighting other Hmong, etc. And this isn't gonna help the Hmong progress at all.
