That is because her kind of feminism does not seek to exclude men. She gets righteously angry when people say things like "men are pigs!" She seeks a better balance between the masculine and feminine that patriarchy simply doesn't offer. You are responding to myths about feminism and assuming that all feminists think the same way. They don't.

Good point. Many people don't even realize that radical feminism doesn't equal feminism in general. To me, feminism doesn't favor one lifestyle over another but is about choosing how you want to live regardless of your sex, whether you choose to work or be a stay-at-home parent. Also, a man can be a feminist, and many people don't even know that.

What's up with all this negativity? If you don't like her fine. Good for you. You don't have to jab at her music. At least she writes about her own original experiences, which I grant may have influences like any artist, but she's holding her own and not selling out that's enough for me. She's genuine and creative.
