This is the boys promotional video for the Indian ocean rowing race 2009. The Bexhill boys, Matt Hellier, Phil and Nick Mccorry, and Ian Allen departed from Geraldton, Australia, on the 19th April 2009, they rowed 3500Nmiles to Mauritius, and they arrived 26th June- 68 days at sea! They are the winners of the 1st ever Indian Ocean Race , they are the first four crew to ever row the Indian Ocean and Matt Hellier is the youngest person at 20 years old to row the Inidan Ocean. This is all in aid of the stroke association and they aim to raise an additional £15,000 to the fund on top of the money they raised beforehand to compete in the race!
