Sorry you feel that way. You are certainly free to express your opinions. Can you provide some evidence? What testing have you done?

Put in my own side-by-side test, Microsoft Security Essentials beat Norton (Symantec) and McAfee. Only Kaspersky did as well.

I'm not always a fan of Microsoft, but hey, if they make the security holes who better to figure out how to plug them.
