I posted this video just having a joke because a lot of people seem to be getting hardware failure while playing cod4 ,simply because its what everyone plays. you can get it on any game anytime !! ok ? and ask me questions

@Mr12nate12 I had my xbox 360 standing on a cool wooden surface, right next to an open window, with the weather cold as fuck and it still did this to me.

Though yeah, you're right about the carpet thing.. it does prevent airflow.

I did notice though that whenever I just kept the window open and my room was cold as hell, the random horizontal lines got fixed.. but when I closed the window and I was freezing, they appeared again. So it clearly did overheat. But it surely had enough air.

@strikah I got some horizontal green matrix lines while playing sims 3. Happened a few times.. Then I got black horizontal similar lines while playing splatterhouse way later... the horizontal lines appeared randomly during one week and then finally it e74'd on me.

I don't think it has absolutely anything to do with what the game is. It's just whatever you play for a long amount of time.. and no surprise to me that people get it while playing cod4 since .. people play it alot.

I've liked the ps3 so far... as I've liked xbox 360 too, but they just keep on fucking breaking down on me and ps3 yet hasn't.
