Join me, Count Vincent Von Vegan, on my culinary adventures. I love moustaches, and fine vegan food. Today, we learn to make vegan fried eggs... watch, gentle er.. watcher, and learn. Learn good.
Black salt is a wonderful addition to any vegan "egg" recipe because it has a natural sulfur flavor which makes your food taste like eggs. I like how simple your recipe is because it always takes a long time to make tofu scrambles and the like. Breakfast made easy!
cut hole in tofu and fry mix 1/4 tablespoon of veganaise 1/4 tablespoon carrot juice 1 tablespoon vegetable broth 1 tablespoon flax seed oil 1/2 tablespoon melted vegan margarine and 1/2 tablespoon of arrowroot Heat in microwave 20 seconds. Let cool a few minutes. Then whip vigorously for three minutes by hand. Add yolk into browned egg-white yolk hole and microwave for 10 seconds more. Add garlic, salt and pepper as you like.
I'll tell you a secret. You hold the Heinz 57 ketchup at approximately a 45 degree angle, and then proceed to karate chop it directly on the neck where the little 57 is. It's like its weak spot or something. Bloop!!! right out.
I should add that you have to add black salt right before you eat it, because it loses its flavor if you cook it.
