Nice to see the man himself demonstrating these. As you can see in this video, you only do the middle portion of the movement, not full extension. The movement is a combination of an upward and backward movement. Almost everyone does this wrong. They do it just like a regular dumbbell press but add a rotation to it. If you do it that way, there really isn't much difference. The Scott Press done properly will torch the side delts. Superset these with Scott style laterals for a real killer!
