Educating Marmalade ep1 part one

Episode 1 part one of two.

Andrew Davies' classic anarchic kids' series starring Charlotte Coleman as Marmalade Atkins, the worst behaved girl in the world.

Episode One - 'Cringe Hill' - is based upon the long running UK series Grange Hill. Originally aired Monday 25th October, 1982 at 4.55pm.

Charlotte had previously appeared in Worzel Gummidge and went on to become one of the UK's best known actresses before her untimely death aged 32.

Note Lynda Marchal as Mrs Atkins, who would later become screenwriter Lynda La Plante. Andrew Davies would of course go onto greater things too.
