Weird, it seems desi artists like Nadia Ali and Das Racist do not pigeonhole themselves the way UK desi artists do. There's an evolution to their sonic scopes and the experiment more. They're not a slave to their ethnicity, but are inspired by it. Good stuff, though I love M.I.A. more.
