Just came up with this one and now I am walking funny! Not good for most everyone so please do not attempt without proper instruction. Really hits the adductors and the obliques.

  • @shaylesugandh I'll show some regressions on another video for the EQUALIZER adductor work. Just having one leg up there and the other on the floor in a side bridge position is often enough. Hold for a few seconds and work up to longer holds and possibly bringing the bottom leg up.

  • @aliztube Ha! Welcome! Don't be stressed about the area- just get out and get at it! This exercise will not make that area any different other than stronger. If you are looking to reduce body fat (?) you need to work the legs hard with running, squats, etc. This exercise is just to strengthen under proper guidance. Thanks again!   • @145bobby It works but is very advanced and can be hard on the knee. Work with a personal trainer to see what is best for you!
