Hi, I love your videos, last summer, 09, I drove from Victoria (home) to Terrace, bought my new Great Pyrenees Lucy and went camping with her, Prince Rupert, Stewart, and did the "loop" up Nass hwy, Cassiar Hyw, Alcan, then back down, well it was an unplanned 6 week trip... I didn't want to come back! I LOVED the Liard river area, the springs, the whirlpool where I stayed 4 days... Thanks!!!

@firecatdriver Thanks for writing back! What a trip! Some petite adventure!!! Vous etes tres drole!!! I sure enjoyed my own trip, and will definitely go North again. I made life long friends up there, Lorraine and Claude, owners of Trappers Souvenirs in Iskut BC on the Cassiar Highway. If you ever pass that way, stop and say Hi, they kept me a week and fed me Moose steaks, I had never met them before, they are awsome!!! oh and they speak French too. Perhpas we'll meet one day, on the road!

In fact, I dont mind driving alone, but it scares me a tad although I want to take a trip like you, therefore, it was called the petit adventure.

I havent gone Iskut yet. however I will go there next time.

If possible, let me know some advices for Cassiar Highway.

I guess so too for the highlight of Alcan road trip :D

I had a bath(pool?) at that hot spring to recover from the exhaustion of my road trip, and it was sooo nice and sooo relaxing :p

Liard Hotsprings was ABSOLUTELY the highlight of my AlCan trip! It's positioned at the best spot along the way. Far enough to really appreciate it but not too far to make me feel like I was losing time by doing a stayover. And it's just what I needed to re-energize. Great vid, thanks.
