  • Where did you get the tail light gasket the foamy rubber part that's flakey?

    Or what's the code of the product?

    Please let me know asap cause I can't find them anywhere :(

  • @Kevin01SH its nice video. I am looking to buy Passat 2007 and found water in the trunk, but the carpet was dry. What do you think? because 2007 is not that old for tail light seals problem. Let me know please

  • Hah! I just ran into this problem yesterday while driving. I hit my brakes alittle too hard going down on a very steep hill and I hear some water splashing in the back. Shortly, after I got to my destination I looked in my trunk and there was at least 4 litres (around 1 gallon) if not more of water. Thanks to you and that I watched this video a few months ago I knew how to fix it on the spot with the rubber drain plugs.

    Today I took my rear seats and trunk carpet out to dry!
