A brief account of the archaeological excavation at Whitehall Farm Roman Villa in Northamptonshire UK at the end of it's 9th annual, one month dig.
To bring the story right up to date, see the website at www.whitehallvilla.co.uk. In 2010 we found a tesellated pavement (very rare in these parts) and some re-cycled roof trusses used in laying the foundations of the earlier bath house - even rarer, and possibly unique in the UK!
