Short video clip of 73 year old UK native running down steps 485 to 357 at a long stairs climb on a mountain side in southern Thailand. Stair climbing is one of the best exercises, not only for your heart and cardiovascular system, but for your mind. If you're addicted to it like I am - even better!

Two days ago Alfred called me and told me he did the 1,256 step climb to the top in 15 minutes 30 seconds. This matched his previous personal best. Will you be able to do that at 73 yrs old? 50?   • @ImRuxs ha! no, never... it's something he thinks about sometimes, so he's always holding on to the railing during difficult workouts.

  • He really is... he runs up steps 840 to 925 regularly too. He's competing in a skyscraper climb event in Bangkok coming up. I think he'll do pretty well overall. Not just age group - OVERALL!

  • I love exercises. But I can't never do that. I exercises everydays my own way.

    You seem to have a lots of energys and lots loves for civilizations, and great for Thailand.

  • This is SOooo Bad for the knees, and is a TERRIBLE exercise. There are MUCH more effective ways to spend your time improving your fitness.
