@Valcarion President Obama isn't even 1/3rd. The executive branch is huge in fact it is the biggest branch of the government now. There are hundreds of advisers and other workers that are working with him and helping him make his decisions. So the president's actual opinions have some say but no where near 1/3rd.

How you treat them and their mothers will determine the way they look at themselves and other men. You set the bar for them to recognize a healthy or unhealthy relationship. @yiannizi Do you realize that Obama can't just end a war with his input alone? His input is 1/3 of the decision. Congress and the Supreme Court all contribute to every decision made, and can stop the President from doing anything, and can do things without the President's consent. Soldiers die for "no damn reason" because the fat cats in Congress are fucking retarded.
