Chinese authorities viewed the Tibetan people as criminals deserving to be put to death. & Chinas president, Hu Jintao, called for building a Great Wall of stability in Tibet. But without serious negotiations & a political solution, there will be only instability — just what Beijings leaders fear, at the end Tibet will break away.
