dubai... what a sad place, all the wealth, the lovley sea yet a man cant kiss his woman or hold her hand... what a fukin dump! I have friends who have moved tbere for business, when in a group, the men talk to him ABOUT his wife, they never refer to her or acknowledge her existence at all... religion poisons everything. mate come and live in Australia!!! It shits on Dubai bigtime.

@beebea9 They are homophobic, but kissing other men om the cheek and two soldiers walking through the streets hand in hand is a time homoured tradition. I would not care to comment on wether or not that represented some sort of deep down repression, since I do want to get back into the country.
