And yet somehow the douchebags of Jersey Shore are alive and not this guy...

@BaldingEagle51 He did a lot of things that were unusual and "wrong". But that was part of his character, and if we've learned anything from history, it's no one is perfect. Beyond that, these imperfections are somehow part of their success, so I don't condemn him or others for them. We want leaders that are good at their job. We'd like them to be nice. If I had to choose, I'd choose one that was awesome and getting things done.

@sonnybrown No, I know every aspect of it. His great contribution is that he made Mac a serious competitor, where no other company managed, I might add! How he became Apple CEO the first time and how and why he lost command is in the illustrative computing history books, and the recent corporate-business-as-usual money muscle bullying of late will also be in them. He didn't have to do that and I don't understand it, to be honest.

@bazelope As ugly as the truth is, cancer > God and no prayers will help. If we support it, maybe one day science > cancer. I'm sure science helped Steve live longer, and I wish that there will finally be a cure and that Steve had lived a long, healthy life.
