The Western Maryland Scenic Railroad in Cumberland, Maryland, held a special Bluegrass Train to launch DelFest, an annual bluegrass festival held in honor of music legend Del McCoury. Train riders got to meet Del on their trip from Cumberland to Frostburg. Once in Frostburg, the public was entertained by The Vinegar Creek Constituency, which included a special number with Del. The event was co-sponsored by WAMU Bluegrass Country Radio.
