All of America needs a health care plan. We lost our health care insurance in 2001. Right after Bush/Cheney took over. My husband & I are not young. I have a pre-conditioned health problem. I would not be able to be covered due to it. No health care provider will even consider me. We need a "shot in the arm" for those who are not insured & will not be able to get insurance. No fault of their own. I believe in either a affordable or Universal health care insurance. If this offends you. Too bad!
You're a perfect example of people parroting an idea an misusing it to serve their own onanistic purpose. Please think for yourself and dont think in lame propaganda one-line principles. Associate ideas.
True freedom consists of exercising your intellectual independence in an inescapable social structure. If freedom for you consists of not engaging in society then dont live in a society. But unless you understand the true nature of a social dynamic you wont understand that freedom is much more than consumption appropiation and want. If that is your idea of freedom, then I don't know the reason for your complaint. You can already sit around and watch tv all day and no one will bother you.
There is a consistant place for a government in the life of an individual. We live in organized societies. Government needs to mantain its limited standing in a society. Today, corporations are the new working arm of a global oligarchy who appropiates millinos in detriment of communities. Libertarian ideology is not meant to be parroted, it is meant to be constantly rehashed and contrasted with the realities of today.
That anti-governmental dichotomy of more government less freedoms is a fallacy in these days. Today, we should start to think about regaining control of our government in a more local sense. Government won`t dissapear and wont be magically replaced by a free market utopia of "free" individuals. Government is eroding and is being displaced by corporate conglomerates who appropiate every public good, service there is.
giving free healthcare from the government to everyone is a form of socialism..and as offended as i hope some of you are..i dont want to pay for anyones healthcare other than my own, i especially dont want the government to take money from me with no alternative choice and give it to someone else..if i want them to have it i will donate it. i also dislike welfare.. the less government dependent we are.the more freedom and better off we are.
Sound like this boy would love Ron Paul. Ron Paul did not accept his Congressional retirement plan and returns his office's unused operating funds each year. All outta principle. He is a strict Constitutionalist, and old fashioned Republican. His record is spotless.
Sir you should run for office!
